Before every load, the assigned carrier must have active FMCSA authority, verified $1M auto liability and $100K cargo insurance, an acceptable safety record, a confirmed identity, and the right equipment. Tracking starts at pickup, and our 24/7 operations desk monitors progress against your appointment. If weather, traffic, or dock delays put the delivery at risk, we contact you right away with a realistic ETA and options — before your receiver calls you.
